Invoice time should I ?
« on: July 02, 2007, 08:08:32 pm »

We discoloured our Dentists clients flooring at the beginning of last month and eventually they said leave it for now. I don't think they will come back to me about it .Would you invoice them for June’s work ? I was thinking Goodwill gesture not to invoice them this month. To replace the floor would have cost a few penny’s .What would you do.

Many thanks in advance.

I would take in to account the fact that the floor was damaged in your Junes invoice, if you leave it, it will just look as though you are trying to forget it, Face it and get it solved straight away, they will upon your Company as being more professional if you resolve the matter as soon as possible!
