I have been using Zurich for public and employee liability but just did a quote with these guys and they came out £500 cheaper.

I have just used Allied Insurance. They know there stuff and give me a decent quote. be careful if you take out a cheap policy. no cover for damage to glass.
they seem to have specialist schemes for window cleaners
