Builders Clean contract?

Has anyone got an example of a builders clean contract they could send me?  I have not got a clue.

I dont have one , but when I have done builders cleans in the past  I have walked around the building looking for anywindows that have  scratched glass .
 Any you do find make the site forman aware of it

 Also some windows may have stickers on , so look out for them . Some of them come of easy , and others are a pig to get off
They are hard work but good earners, so price high as you will earn your money
