« on: June 30, 2007, 08:39:22 am »
have just moved and the water presure is 30-35. is this ok to run the merlin or will i need a boaster pump.  before the pressure was 40-45psi.

i have a 650L ibc tank for storage and use 350L per day so not in a hurry to fill just worried it might damage the merlin at such a low pressure.    also not on a meter ( yippe ) so not too worried about watse   cheers

You will need a booster pump.  The Merlin's minimum operating pressure is 45 psi.

It will not damage the Merlin it will just produce less efficiently and the product will not be as pure.
