need advice on quicker method of high level cleaning in greasy school kitchens. Currently use a degreaser or sanitiser from ecolab follwed by damp wipe & dry. The method is affective but very time consuming  :-/

define high level ? 

the phrase high level,automatically would increase the time taken to complete a task. then some accurate advice can be offered.
