I see a railing to the left of the property, hard to tell what distance it is from the house in a photo, "have we checked for being able to get correct ladder angles if it is to be trad"? I also see electric wires (or it may be shadows on the photo not sure) if it is electrical wires, "have we checked to make sure they are fully inuslated etc by the customer, so we won't be electrocuted trad or wfp"? the railing suggests a pavement or road outside "have we checked viable access trad or wfp"? As you say great for newbies as risk assessments should be carried out. If we did it Fronts only £11.75 inc vat. From arrival to departure would expect 15 mins without custie coming out for a chat. south east england

Would probably take 15 mins doing it properly (WFP).

Ha!  I could go quicker but couldn't guarantee a good job then.

I don't feel thats all that fast, I do 2 houses the same as the one in the pic except they are 3 storey and I can do the fronts in less than 20mins, easy.  Prices are crap here but I can still manage over £200 on a normal day (9 to 5).  Although I wouldn't spend any time on cleaning the sills.

With the cheap flights via Ryanair it's worth my while commuting to the Emerald Isle for a days work!  Mind you would the Check-in bird let me take my 12 footers as hand luggage?

front only,i would be lucky if i got more than £5 here,"gloucester" some of your prices seem extreme,no wonder im so poor, christ £10 front only,i would only get £10  around here for doing the whole house wfp  :'(

Just to clarify, is this price for the fronts only? if so, i dont think if  i went in cold calling  you would

be able to acheive a better price than 7-8 pounds for a regular monthly clean. The whole house

without looking at the back, taking into regard there is no conservatory would come in  14 pounds.

Through experience i know of a lot of people who would be more than happy with a fiver, 12

pounds seems unacheiveble, being realistic. Unless the customer has contacted you and is

desperate i know you will not  be able to acheive that price day in day out with your quoting.

Im out there every day canvassing and people will not swallow that pricing. You may acheive 1

out of 15 quotes if you went in at 12 pounds for the front shown in the  photos. Eddie im not sure

if you meant 15 for the whole house which seems more sensible.

About 30 quid for what your looking at, trad ,no frames
60 quid for the whole house if roughly double what your seeing
100 quid for insides and outsides
Boston USA
That would be at the most quarterly , more likely twice a year and inside once
Boston USA    >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>   Cork Ireland
