who do you contact or where do you check for new cleaning contacts or tenders ,can anyone help  in the greater manchester area?/

When I first started, I work through the local phone book and asked these questions and recorded the info, so I always have an idea of when to approach whom, and watch out for emtpy commercial buildings and post a letter or two through the door and new buildings too, but get in there early.....
