Hi Cleanteam,

You say you are using a 30ft and a 34ft, was that from us? What length is the 30ft one? How many sections does the 34ft one have?

A pole of each size from each batch were measured accurately when they came in to us. There may slight differences in each pole.

Email me your name and phone number and I will give you a ring to sort this out.

Hi Dave,

The European factory backlog has slightly delayed our production run, so we now have been assured that we will have the Super-Lite 2 on our shelves by the end of July. There is a small chance that they may reach us sooner, be assured that we will let you know if this is the case.

It is and we are very pleased with the end result. Tougher, lighter, more adaptable and better packaged.

They will be a lot more affordable to the customer as well, as we are investing in a large production run of them bringing into play greater economies of scale.

Hi niceandclean

The office is closed all day tomorrow but if you leave your details, will ring you back on Monday morning.  Until we have the X-Tel poles in our warehouse I would hesitate to offer you a guarantee of getting one on Wednesday.  It's more likely that we would be able to deliver one to you on the Friday of next week, but again I won't know for sure until Monday.

The closed height of the 34ft is 5 ft 9 inches as is the smaller 30 ft.

The  24ft carbon Facelift pole weighs 1.411 kg without a glass fibre handle or 1.5kg with the glass fibre handle. It is is 21' 3" long when fully extended and 6' 10" long when retracted (not including a gooseneck)
