...and I meant to POST IT HERE.
I find that my clients are delighted to learn that we clean the inside of the windows and frames as part of spring cleans and deep cleans.
However recently I have managed to get loads of jobs where we do them regularly with the general clean and we usually do wash down the doors and do the downstairs windows outside too.
Do you do the same?
Should I alter my insuarance policy for that?
I am insured up to 180cm but we tend to use a ladder.....
I am picking up more and more 'big cleans'where the windows have to be cleaned as well and I do not want to sub-contract it.

Your thoughts would be appreciated.
