Kitchen deep cleans and contracts
« on: June 17, 2007, 06:59:14 pm »
Hi Guys and Girls,

Need some advice on cleaning deep fat fryers in restaurant kitchens. We have cleaned all other equipment but never done fryers before. I dont want to look in experienced to the customer.

Also does anyone have a contract template I can have for my cleaners??

Thanks
Dave

When you say a contract template, do you mean an employment contract?

Rob
