pricing a round
« on: June 04, 2007, 03:54:04 pm »
hello folks, I will be selling my w/cleaning round soon but i need some help. How do you price it ready for selling? is there a given method of pricing a round ready for selling? I thought you sold a round for about a 1/3 of the annual income but im finding not many people do this.
I need help real quick as im emigrating in 3 months time. Thanks  Nick

hello, its in Andover hampshire and also spills into a couple of villages surrounding. Been established over 10 years but have no idea on price to sell. My dad bought the round after he left the army and he gave it to me a few years back

Hi Johnny,

How much is the round worth per month, and how many houses does it consist of?

Thanks,
Andy
