Is it only me or is this game a bit hard on the old joints! I suffer with bad knees, bad elbow and really bad shoulders however, I have dislocated on of them 4 times so that wont help. Yes I do have & use knee pads. Does anyone else suffer?

I lifted a table with someone 8 weeks ago, straight back knees bent,I strained a disc,my lumbar sacral joint and my sacro illiac joint [hip] , and to make matters worse we`ve only just moved house.I`m going back to work PG next monday. This is the problem for single operators.
a speedy recovery to all who are suffering

Agree with you on pre spray gold, especially in confined spaces gets right into your chest

Dave, those carpet brooms are hard on your hands especially if doing large areas. Much easier to use a mechanical agitator such as an Envirodri, Sebo Duo etc.

Keep talking like this and we'll soon have Loreal or Clinique sponsoring the site

Your right John, i had a few days off and the job i did yesterday was big, i can see where the broom has done the damage to my hands (friction and sweat!) Custy had heaters on and it was a warm day too
Read up on the Nemesis and its far safer to use then anything else
