jeff, my arms and shoulders are quite strong due to a fair bit of weight training when i was younger (probably hasn't helped the joints)
also it's my right shoulder which is the one i keep lower when on the pole.
it's just like a sharp pain when i move it in a certain way, inside the shoulder, not the muscle... nearly dropped my ladders last month as i was lifting them up and over an extension!
does this sound like what you had before you developed your frozen shoulder?
off to look at arnica on the zipvit website...............
