first try wfp - spots and runs!!

Hi,
I have set up my wfp and used it for the first time on my own house, some of the windows were perfect, but some had spots and runs.
What is the best technique to avoid runs and spots? the TDS reading is zero,
thanks,

On first cleans you can't spend to long.
Scrub and rinse windows and frames remembering years of dirt can be trapped in the frames especialy windows with lots of openings.
leave window to allow frames to stop dripping the n rinse glass again.
If you follow this for the first couple of cleans you wont go far wrong, that was the advise i was given on this forum when I started out and it has served me well.
I now find my only problem Is the amount of time rinseing is probably to long, but I never get any complaints and my round Is growing.
Drew.

First cleans with pure water are the worst.
The soap residue left behind from previous trad cleaning really interacts with pure water and that's what leaves the spots and runs.
By the time you get to clean pure-water clean number two-or-three, you'll be flying round (if you have confidence; which I lacked until clean number seven(ish)).
On first cleans, take your time; ideally do all the frames first with just a cursory wash over the glass and then return to your first window and wash and rinse the glass only.
