Hi all
I got some samples last week off hydramaster along with my drimaster hand tool. Blitz being one of them it says on the label not be used on stain resist fibers which I presume means nylon. I  no i cant use it on wool cos of the high PH. They also sent me some Poly Break which is for polypro , so what else is left?

John, i think only the last 2 generations of Nylon are Stain resist, i think most people use Blitz on really trashed commercial jobs with clearwater rinse or similar, a few guys on the TM forum use a lot of HM gear may be worht asking there.

Blitz is for the really bad stuff !

When a carpet is that bad it doesnt matter if it was originally stain resistant or not, you just have to try to get the dirt out. 

This is a wool carpet in a Liverpool nightclub that Billy cleaned using Blitz.

Get the idea ?

To clean a carpet or suite without removing the stain resistant propertys use a pre spray with a PH of less than 10 .

In a domestic situation, where do you draw the line between cleaning a carpet safely and getting it clean  \example\ I  cleaned 80/20 last thursday First tryed chemspec 321 with a ph of 10.5 with Formula 90 as rinse still looked minging .Then tryed craftex champion with a acid rinse, this was with customers consent ,still did not look much better

(Blitz is for the really bad stuff) of which I may add is the norm even domestics, you will in time use it on wool! Never had a come back and I beat the carp out of the carpet; perhaps the machine needs WS approval.

What are you using to agitate the pre spray with ?

For me the agitation is a key factor.

A sebo duo is not up to the job.

Hi Chris, Please could you tell me how to use Blitz?? is this like using a microspliter then HWE or is this some other method?? also could you tell me where to buy some!!

did you sell the owner on a maintenance plan for his carpets in the future? if he needs to have one? i would send him the photos and a sales letter with a quote for a monthly payment

Don't forget there are always some carpets which have suffered such severe fibre damage and abrasion that even TNT would improve.

Pics look amazing, for really trashed carpets, we use ultrapac renovate, has anyone tried both ultra and blitz?

Which in your opinion is the most effective?

Ultrapac renovate is designed to be used on smoke & soot damaged carpets, it also good for draught marks and polypropylene fibres. If you do hard floors it works well on Altro flooring.
Blitz would be a better option for trashed carpets like pubs etc, as you can see the results speak for themselves.

  i heard the same mike, 

 knows nothin about leather or micro fibre suites, same some of the numb nuts on cleantalk have made themselves look like stupid muppets, who preach poope about how good they are my arse, just cant help pointing this out
