hello,

ALWAYS invoice consumables separately and put clear wording in your contract about it
As for pricing the work itself I always give a price in my estimate and a task-list (specifications) and I put in my contract "work to be completed as agreed in the enclosed specification.(meaning the day of the week and the task list).
If you can't get away without giving your clients 'the hours' just use the word approximately.
Does it makes sense???It is far too late to be wise...
Kind regards,
Ildiko

I seperate paper goods, black bags and soap but the rest is included in my price. In reagard to your quote, lay out the quote on how you would like to see a quote yourself, take your time with it, it will seperate you from the competition.

Regards

Tim
