I almost always start just after 9am when we drop my young lad at school and finish at £pm so we can pick him up. There's the occasional office I do when I'll start at 7:30am or 8. A few times in the year I do the windows at a hospital and some clinics and that is a long day, 6am - 7pm.
I hate working after 6pm especially when the whole family is having dinner, I only do it to catch up.

9 to 9.30 and aim to finish by 3 be home 3.30..this is the plan, whilst I am still building these are the hours that I aim for...
