Merlin problems.

Another Merlin problem : urgent advice needed.

We purchased some new RO membranes for our Merlin 2 months ago

the tds is 20 before resin and is running incredibly slow.

It is not the pressure and we change the pre filters every other month.

Previously we were getting 4 tds before resin and 100 lts per hour.

have you checked the o rings in the membrane housing? they can sometimes leak/get damaged, happened when i first set mine up so I replaced them.

did you put the membranes in the correct way around?

I've seen this a few times.
