I reckon the windows stay cleaner.  I've houses where I have to do windows on flat roofs trad,  every month these are minging where the ones done by wfp up and down same side are still clean.

I'm always up to date with my work, not showing off I just have set work for set days.

I wouldn't have liked to be up a ladder yesterday though as it was blowing a gale round my neck of the woods.  It blew my hat off. :-*

New work coming in at an alarming rate. I'm working 8 hours a day, and still one week behind.
When this has happened in the past, I have passed estates over to other shiners, just charging them the first wipe. I have now decided to do things differently.
Cull all the bad, payers and not this month brigade. A hefty price rise may thin my round out a bit too. Still have too many under priced, long standing customers. Dai

thats the idea :) i thought that, it didnt work, i just ended up with the same work but  better priced, thats why i say 6 - 8 weeks now, as i have that much work, the next idea of mine is WFP downstairs aswell, that should speed me up a little and i think it will cull a few aswell ( as i dont think it will go down well )

i started off doing tops wfp and someone following me with trad

i got rid of him after many fallings out! he was older than me and didnt like the system but thats another story

now im earning double and doing more work on my own that we both used to do...

I`ve had help for the last few weeks to catch up but it`s hardly any quicker,i`ve been giving him trad jobs to do while i`m off doing work wfp,but i`ve found that i was doing  more work on my own without the hassle.I think the key is to try and get most of your work wfp that way no matter how much work you have within reason of course, you wont have problems with getting really behind with your work it`s so much easier to catch up working wfp.

I'm 3 days behind because my phone will not stop ringing, too much work. I dropped a whole street and had not done it for 2 mnths, they rang me and I did not have the nerve to say no.
