Pump question
« on: April 22, 2007, 06:17:29 pm »
Im looking for a spare pump around 30 to 60 psi.Its is for use with my truck mount to deliver water from the fresh tank to the machine. Looking at shurflo pumps and they around £69,any body know a cheaper source or an equiverlent pump at a better price.

is this just to transfer water from your tank to the carpet cleaner?  I presume when you say truckmount thats what you are referring to.

Yes basically a truckmount is just a massive carpet cleaner ( 20 hp) machine that sits in the van. The pump just helps the water flow from the tank to the machine distance is only 1 foot

paul, what flow rate do you need?

also does it need to have a pressure switch?
