I was talking to the Excel guy at the NEC and he told me the trouble with the old poles was they were never designed with the intention to be used for window cleaning.

I had a go of Alex's pole last week and i must say i was well impressed with the lightness and stiffness of his new super-lite, wether it is strong enough to stand up to the vigours of the job, I dont know ?, but i am definately going to buy one as an occassional pole.

I would definately buy the new Ionics if it werent for the price, somehow I just cant force myself to put my hand in my pocket at the moment, but maybe soon.
