taken on a build clean not to far from where i live, its a 3 bed detached house with a con. the company want it cleaned in /out and all gutters cleaned and soffit and facia.
ive quoted £190. is that good or bad compared to what you would charge?
I have done the plot nextdoor for £100 outside windows plus con and gutters and facia etc.

have no pics to show ya but the windows are plain glass not too much pug stuck to em and gutters arent that dirty at all. im thinking "easy money" but wot do you think?

We work on 4 to 6 times house value + fascia + con roff.

i.e £10 ext = £20 x4 = £80 if easy

con.£20 upwards + & £20.00 upwards.

3 bed + con upvc noce windows average. £160 to £200.

Good price £190.00.

some hate them , i find them good if priced right.
