As a few of you will know i have one of the Woodbridge tm's its the 25 model
I have had my fair share of problems with this machine, but have just got to the bottom of one of the main ones.
Now im pretty sure that the water dumping isnt quite right, i have been made to belive that the whole principal of these machines is that you set the temperature and when the water reaches that temp it dumps some water and some new water comes in thus lowering the temperature.
The machine then heats the water back up to the same temperature, and keeps repeating this cycle so the machine stays running at a even water temp (sounds good)
With mine,
If i set it to a low temperature (under 70) the machine constantly dumps water the whole time, so if im dumping into the waste i run out of water in no time and if i dump back to the clean tank that gets hotter and hotter and eventually cuts out
If i set it between (80-90) it works fine, it reaches temperature and then dumps a bit and then starts heating again.
If i set it any higher than 90 it reaches temperature and then stalls and cuts out
So i have a adjustable temperature dial, that can only be set at one temperature or the machine will cut out.
