Today i made a great discovery while working with a customer who has a couple of backpacks that kept cutting out.
on the charger the plug somtimes doesn't make a proper connectionto the battery lead, meaning somtimes it charges, somtimes it doesn't, meaning overall, its not as well charged as it should be most days.
SOLUTION
cut the plug off the and of the wire, separate the ends and strip the insulation back a 1/2". Fold the ends back on themselves so the exposed core is "thicker", crimp on a pair of female push on terminals (preferably insulated for abvious reasons)
The wire with the white stripe is the positive, push these direct onto the battery terminals - VOILA - perfect charge every time.
Hope this will help as i know many have had difficulty with this.
