depends what year. All the talk is about the gearbox, nothing said about the duel mass flywheel that can go every 10,000 miles ans smashes a new starter every six weeks, or the plastic master cylinder on the clutch that will go almost every 40,000 miles. I have an 06 reg van, done 16,000 miles with three oil leaks on the engine, steering rack on its way out, and iffy rear axle.
These are all extreme cases, but if you speak to enough people they happen time and time again. All I can say is "you pays ya money and takes your choice"
