For my Unger telepole?

I think they're about six foot each!

think very carefully before buying a modular pole, about the type of work you do & your main working height etc. IMO they are not an every day-general purpose pole, even alexg will tell you that.

Mac, Sorry its a bit off topic. Well yes and no. I use a big pole but as you said they are more of an instrument at height but are very light. Once you do use one you will fing anything else heavy.
So I wanted an everyday one and found that simple is best and have used a very cheap 26fter (£49) since October last year.  Instead of the top sections of the big pole which I keep in reserve, no breakages, wear or anything untoward to report.

if i had a lot of work at the 44ft+ mark i would definatley have a superlight but most of my work is at the 18/24ft mark with the odd 30 to 44ft per month. so i use the carbon facelift with four sections (24ft) most of the time & just add sections when needed,(as i have 44ft in total), for me personaly this is the best of both worlds

Iv'e just got a Supalight and must say it looks and feels a little fragile. However I have got it purely for the weight or lack of it. There are times when my glassfibre poles are just too cumbersome. I did consider changing to a carbon Facelift but the price puts me off and it's stilll not as light. Still haven't got round to using it yet. Both seem top notch poles though.
