I'm in the middle of a cladding job, I priced it a a  per sq/m wasn't sure how else to price it.

The management company went for it and also asked me to clean the roof too

As for cleaning it I just use the pole and pure water. Coming up really well, got some tfr just in case but don't think i will need it on this job

Well pleased mate  ;) you owe me a pint for sure, I am off down Poole Saturday (George) by the roundabout, to watch the football and its my 40 birthday on Sunday (The Big 40) SO out with mates and new woman (Amy)

Cladding was a pain, as its getting the brush in the ridges of the cladding, think it did not make to much profit, so go carefully think we priced 300 but could be wrong

This is what is good about forums helping each other out  8)
