30mins, and ground and 1st floor, they paid by BACS, we just dont have any more work in the area, so not worth drive all that way

Indeed, Full Clean  taken weeks to do, my company has been working for poole hospital since I got a WFP system 4 years ago

OK, I will be looking for someone to start 16 April, so not sure if that fits with in your plans, I am going to be looking (adverting) in a day or so, if it does not work out, then I know the industry local to me and could pull some strings (so to speak)
