30mins, and ground and 1st floor, they paid by BACS, we just dont have any more work in the area, so not worth drive all that way

Last done on the 02/10/06 and we cleaned the out side cladding 6 moths ago, watch Jim, he is a character

OK, I will be looking for someone to start 16 April, so not sure if that fits with in your plans, I am going to be looking (adverting) in a day or so, if it does not work out, then I know the industry local to me and could pull some strings (so to speak)
