Hi there, do you think its suitable to paint over bathroom type lino? not for lining the floor of my van, have a small shower room that needs sprucing up , thought it maybe suitable, being waterproof and non slip.

I would definately not recommend it for that use.
I have done two vans with it and its great just fot that use.
You have to key (scratch) the van floor to give it a base to adhere to so I cannot see it working on a floor.
It would look awful too!!!

It's hard finish stuff, good for dragging things across the floor of your van, but it will rip your feet after a shower!

If it's just for a small shower room, contact any industrial/contract flooring firms near you and ask if they have any off-cuts or roll-ends of non-slip flooring lying around from big jobs.

It's been costed into the price of the job, but these guys throw out nothing  - cos it'll always come in handy for folk needing just a wee bit for a small area.

You get it at a decent price, and they get a few notes for the weekend. WooHoo!

Cheers wavie was gonna do that, i just asked about protectakote because I've only seen pics on websites, as it has rubberised granuals in it I thought it may have been suitable but obviously not
but as always this is the place to ask.

I know it was'nt really a window cleaning related question but with so many on here singing its praises and from the product description I'd have thought like you it maybe ideal, I may well get in touch soon about a tester pot.
