ok I just checked and at 50psi the system recovery is 25%, obviously higher pressure will increase recovery rate to closer to 30%.

So don't you think you are still better off going with a 4040 once you get it right?

Recovery rates of 50% or more and more water per minute right?

Yes the 4040 is a better set up but if you are on a limited budget then the merlin is the best choice especially if its a choice between a merlin and an ro-man unit
