hi there
the software is the easy bit, but it desnt hold the solution to your question??
if you use some software, with a fundamental understanding of the work involved and the costsings then you might as well not bother.
you need to know what rate the market is taking in your area. you need to understand what service your client is looking for.
i would always look at pricing manually at the outset, and then when you are cnfident then mve over to an automated system.

All the software you need is between your ears. A pen and some paper can help with bigger quotes.
