Contract For Renting a WC round anyone?

Hello there

Just wondering if anyone on here rents WC rounds at all? i'm in the process of doing it myself but am a little wary until i get something official in writing

can anyone help me out at all with having some form of legal contract drawn up?

erm ther isnt one realy specialy domestic you just gota have trust in te person you rent it to. Things you gota look at if you or he looses work from bad workmanship people moving other shiners ect.. he is gona miss out so he aint gona keep paying you exstra money also if he picks up work, so basicaly m8 you just gota ave a verbal one. Unless you take them on as an employey for you then ther might be somthink but im not sure bout that, thats is for the more intelergent chaps on the site to tell you about.   ;D
