What am I doing wrong?

I have tried to upload a tiny photo on my profile, yet it just doesn’t work????????????

had the same prob mate try e mailing it to yourself  then using that picture  or channe the pixells. will try to find the thread i used a couple of months ago

I have tried endless times and it just doesn't up load?

Yet I have used the same photo on another site and had no problem.
