Go back to your system supplier, sounds like the pump set up is faulty

Is your pump a Shurflo or a Flojet?
do you have a flow control valve or a hozelock stop connector fitted?
What aph battery are you using to power the pump?

sounds simple but has your line kinked inside the pole or has the connector come loose at the brush head every time that happened to me it wasa poor connection not the pump usually work back in a logical fashion.
