just happened to me too, took 1 1/2 hrs to sort out, i didnt find out til i was on a customers property all unwound. only 2 mins from my house though thankfully. had to use a kettle 3 times, then dismantle the pipes blow out the ice then hairdryer the pump. i have gone and bought £20 worth of boiler insulation, space blankets and pipe insulation. so tonight its gonna be -2, so i will get back with the results. oh and ive brought the poles/brushes inside.
