Renting/employing/selling my round
« on: February 04, 2007, 09:58:11 pm »
I am looking to relocate (over 100 mile away) and obviously cant persuade all 120 or so customers to move with me, so...........

Obvioulsy i could sell it as is for 2-3 times monthly take home

Renting - how does it work excatly?? I'm just not sure of the whole honesty thing what details do i need consider

Employing - Again the honesty of employing someone, is this more hassle than its worth

Any help from anyone who has any more info would be greatly appreciated

Andy ???

Hi Andy,
I live in Luton myself and am relocating soon myself.
Luckily i've got my stepson to takeover the round for me, was looking at subbing it to someone else til he agreed to do it.
Depends on what it pulls in you might be best to sell unless you can sub it to someone reliable.

Whereabouts you going, I'm off to bournemouth?

Be so glad to get out of this town

Looking to go Nottingham way.
The round takes on average  around £1300 a month

To make any decent money i would have to rent for some time, also honestly I would never move back to Luton so i suppose whats the point of renting?!?

Thats it really i would need everthing in writing and i dont know how comfortable i would be in living over 100 miles away with someone doing my work here.

Luton, yeah had some ok times in the last few years, got a reasonably nice house but now kids are getting older the schools around here are utter c r a p, also the chance to go into partnership is very appealing!!!!

Also being a Watford fan old friends will now speak to me if i move as i commited the ultimate sin living with the scum LOL

Oooooo that is shiny!!

Love to be able to buy it off you but haven't got the funds, that would be enough to fill my round to the brim.
I really do hate this town, wish I could take the customers with me.

Least my stepson will be paying towards my mortgage, and I can trust him, which makes life easier
