Not really an issue with the barcoding system, thats more an issue with poor staff!!!!

true mate but you couldnt trust who was working for you is what i am saying,
be honest if you could get away with it you would!!!

i have looked into this method and the feedback from customers wasnt great they didnt want anything on their windows for one and also trust came into it (not that they dont trust me!)

all in all too much hassle i am thinking of getting a hand held credit card payment device, what are your thoughts on that

The card machine sounds good but what im trying to achieve is no collecting but also a system which hides the price from the employees and keeps them away from cash.

And in my opinion it comes down to DD or barcoding

why not leave a compliment slip with the price on and a self addressed envelope and get them to send you a cheque

as with hiding the price maybe leave it off with the hope they remember how much you charge?

just a thought

a friend of mine used to have this company come round and do the windows and all they used to do was scan it and walk away, didnt clean a thing.
Waste of time and money!!
