The other week i placed a new advert, this advert had " Frames Cleaned FREE with every clean "

Well what can i say its been mad, belive it or not i have been home approx 40 mins Yes the time is 19:49 i started @ 9am this morning and i have stopped for approx 1 hr for some dinner and toilet breaks, i have had people stop me in the street and say your the guy with the pole can you clean my windows and frames today. Its been bloody mad, just today only i have picked up 6 new customers dues to cleaning Frames for FREE its been bloody great.

Anyway i really suggest you all clean the frames as your be on a really winner. I am going off now, going to have some dinner and i need a hot bath i am cream knacked.

Not a glass cleaner.
A window is the whole thing,frame, glass and ledge.
U have been so busy because u now clean windows instead of glass.

I always clean the frames so yes i have always been a window cleaner. Business is going really good as well in the process of a large council job due to cleaning FRAMES for FREE...

well i have advert saying the same and pricing a job this friday, weeks work for 4 chaps, was on the british window cleaning academy today and a chap was advertising FREE WINDOW CLEANING

Yeah council job is price to what i want, i am not doing it cheap. I either get it or i dont, i have leant alot doing this quto as well, its all laid out in folders with sub headings and explains things in detail with RA and MS. Its even got it Terms and Condtions of mine. Might as well tell them from the start then theres nothing hidden they did not know about.

Picked up another small farmhouse again today, and 2 more £10 houses. My min amount per job is a  tenner and they seam to love it. I kick myself sometimes when they say is that all Was thinking about making it £12 - £15 min amount soon. But then i got some commerical jobs comming in now and there nice money and pretty easy as well. All down to FREE FRAMES just shows u its a win0r

Ps ill let you know about the council, i am going over there today going to leave in 10 mins as its nearly 2 hr drive.

Justin the houses that you do and charge for are they 2 weekly or monthly, the reason i ask is i do some houses at the moment and charge between £5  and £6.50, I was thinking when i go over to wfp i would charge £8 and £9 and clean on a monthly basis instead of every 2 weeks, but then again if i did that i would have to get more houses, not two sure how the customer will like the price hike from £5  to £8 for a 2 weekly clean how do you think they will react,problem is if i advertise like you have free frames cleaned it won`t seem like that

Thats up too you, sell the system and then sell yourself mention the frames get cleaned for free if you move over to monthly just double you 2 weekly price then your not losing nothing, and they are gaining frame cleaning, and you get 2 weeks off a month. There love you for it.

Example

Your 2 weekly clean are £6
Your new monthly clean is £12

Nice and easy they pay nothing extra you get 2 weeks off. Commission can be paid via paypal James
