2000/2300gpd RO unit

Hi
I currently have a 300gpd RO unit and process water directly into my trailer tanks (375l) overnight. I do not have a separate storage tank.
With the onset of the colder nights I am finding that my unit is not processing water as fast as it was during the warmer summer months as so my trailer is not full in the morning. As I am getting more proficient with WFP I am also finding that I am using all my water with an hour of winter daylight still to go. (I still have been unable to learn how to satisfactorily wash and rinse a window with a cup of water as some of you are able to do.)
I now have a decision to make – do I buy a storage tank and process water 24/7 and carry an additional 125l in the back of my Suzuki van or do I consider investing in a new 2000/2300gpd RO unit and top up the tanks from an unmetred customer’s tap – with permission of course (several have already offered to let me fill my tanks up) as I go during the day.
Do any of you use the bigger RO unit? – it was the recent Transit with 650l WFP tank and fitted 2300gpd RO sold recently on EBay that started this train of thought.
Your comments and suggestions would be appreciated please.

I have a booster pump (mains) on my 300gpd, and it fills my 400l tank in about four hours. This wouldn't help when you are out though. I am pleased with my booster, but it was expensive.
