Make a plan for the next 6 months and where you want to be or what you want to achieve.
I would concentrate on improving yourself-not the business. For example when you go out tomorrow constantly think while your working what should I do next ? every 30 seconds or so) use brain not brawn.
Write ideas down.

Always try and be one step ahead of the rest! Keep up to date with new equipment and move with the times.

Take gambles and think possitive like jeff brimble mentioned.

I drive the same size van as you & that is going to be my goal in the next 6 months, a bigger & newer van.
