Extended my 18ft facelift pole today
« on: January 19, 2007, 11:04:45 pm »
Hi all,

I have a 18ft facelift pole which I use for 95% of my daily work.

It's a great pole but the only problem with it, is that it's too short for a couple of jobs I do.

I usually take my 5 section unger tele pole with me for these few jobs but I really hate the thing now. It's too heavy!

So I deceided to take the number 4 section off my unger and add it to the facelift.
Simple, all I did was take of the base cap and slide it on! Cheaper than buying another section from facelift!

Lovely view. Good thinking on the pole. I wanted a Facelift, but I hadn't got the confidence to buy one and it was said that Brodex were cheaper and as good.
So I put the decision off by getting the Unger tele which I was told would do third storey.
How much is an 18ft Facelift?

Gerat view! Thats what I wake up to  ;)

Personally I don't think brodex Is any where near as good as facelift!

I have droped it 100's of times and even stood on it and there is no sign of wear and tear! Superb pole!

They cost about £240 for the 18ft

You may joke about that! You will never guess what I did in the summer???

I pulled the trampoline closser to the house and I climbed up onto the roof thinking that If I jumped off I would go really high! How wrong was I :-[

I jumped off and landed like a sack of tatties.  ;D

Im torn between facelift and brodex they seem to be the most favourite poles at the minute

Thats one of those fascinating facts I love. The N03 facelift fits inside the N04 Unger.  :)
