John,

They must be small, nothing comes up on any directories.

Do they have denim skirts and white stilettos ???

Thanks for your replies.

These blokes ripped my very unwell 85 year old mother in law off on Friday and I would like to hear their side of the story.  Not that I care muich about their side of the story.

Martin Warmans comments were indicative of his febrile imagination.  No change there then.

Strange they are called Essex Window Cleaners  but are based in Berkshire.

Just some ideas to help track them
How did they contact her?
Does she have a telephone No.?
Did they approach any of her neibours to clean their windows if so they may have left a contact telephone No.

Does she remember what type and colour vehicle they had?
Does she remember any of their names?
Are they coming back to her home again ?

John,

If this is theft I guess you've involved the Police? How do you know the name? Off the receipt?

Is this the old scam of pay up for the year in advance never to be seen again?

Dispicable! My Mother is also very elderly & susceptable to low life door knockers. Did they leave behind a business card or flyer in the first place, or did any other neighbours have their premises done on the same day? Perhaps they might be traced if so?
