abseiling contractor needed

hello people i have an ongoing contract with a shopping centre and they have asked me to clean a large frontage of glass. it needs to be abseiled as it is a very busy main town road and a cherry picker would cause a lot of traffic problems even at night.
(plus the council have refused us traffic management)
