Like the idea of coming through the stoppers Bazzy would look very neat. Is there a connection that can be mounted to give a solid point there, a bit like the waste outlet on a caravan? Sort of like a tap fitting on the back if you see what I mean? Only thing is though will it not get crushed when the door swings open?

agree with davew those rubber bungs are protection for when the doors are fully open. I would definately not bring the hoses out there- just my opinion mate

Russ, how are you filling your van tank? Are you using a submersible? are you filling through the large cap or is there a connection you can use to attatch the trasfer pipe to? Ive just finished putting my static system together it took me a while but seems ok if a little slow.

Waste pipe from my 4040ro and i just push it through the floor and connect it to another hose and straight down the drain and when its all done i just pull the waste pipe back through the hole and place the plastic cap back on..

In the first picture you can see 2 pipes the one on the left going through the floor is my feed pipe and the one on the right going through the floor is the pipe that comes from the Shurflo pump.
The second picture is the ends of the 2 pipes, one for filling my tank and the other will connect to my minibore and away i go..

I just use a submersible pump thats in my IBC Tank
unscrew top lid of tank in van put the transfer hose in
swith it on and its filled in about 5-10 mins.
The sub pump is a 230v draper cost £33.89 delivered to my door
