I'm clearing out 'dead wood' from my business.
Has anyone with BICSc accreditation actually had any work that they can attribute to this trade body. I've been a member for a couple of years and to be honest I can no longer see the point in being a member. It almost seems as though it's a badge you can buy once you've been in the trade for 10 years as long as you've got insurance and to me that's no different than the  #*+##xxx$!!!!! Guild of Master Craftsmen   GRRRRRRR!!!!  ( I don't like them )

No seriously the BICSc is a professional training organisation, it's just to me they seem to be 'dead wood' in my particular business.

Quite agree with you Alan. Left them long ago. They only contacted me when they were looking for their annual fee.

Ant they all trade bodies? But I think Bics aligned with City and Guilds has more clout than the rest!
