Has anyone used these taps that P@F has pictured for his minibore?

I've got them on mine but the red taps keep rattling lose, i was thinking of a small weld or something to make them permanently attached to the switch, only been using these about 2-3months and it is anoying me slightly

You'll be alright Rich.

I'm sure like most wfp users you'll just increase your prices so the customer pays for it. ;) ;D

Steve clear magic , dont weld them up , if your anything like me you will get through one of these every 2 weeks , i keep smashing the red wing nuts to pieces !

The tap pictured is a new model , it used to come with a very small bolt holding it on , it has now been changed to a threaded spindle with a 10 mm nut , it is apparently stronger , i will let you know next week !

Alright Rich I av been using the new style tap for about a month now and it is a lot better then the other one.

I was going through one of the old style taps about every 3 weeks, either lost the little screw that held the red tap on or the tap just fell to bits.

hi i've got second one was absolute rubbish lasted 2 months before the red part snapped in two i am currently using the little plastic tap bits you get on mains water valves usually on the connections to your washing machine has been ok so far whoever makes the tap could do with making it with a much smaller tap as the red one catches on everthing drives me nuts!! ::) ::)
