Washdowns

Have been asked to quote for a washdown I did about 2 yrs ago.
It is a rendered house with a white paint finish which gets dirty (mouldy? ) on the NW wall. The last time I tried a simlar job at a lower level with a Karcher jetwash I found it to be too aggresive and ripped off some of the paint!
Last time it was a ladder & bucket job but the roof apex was not very accessible. I also getting too old for high ladder work.
I would like to use my window pole.
Has anyone and advice. I was thinking of a detergent feed into the pole or something similar as I don't think the normal water feed would give a satisfactory clean.

Do you have a water fed pole set up?
If you do, you could just have a couple of 25L barrels mixed up with a detergent or gg3/4 which is not a detergent but is very aggresive! Run that up the pole and leave to soak for half an hour then just come along with pure water only scrub and rinse off.
Just an idea.
