Sill Brushes

Hi
Does anyone use the sill brushes and are they neccessary ??

They don't need adjusting as they always seem to be at the right angle, due to the coverage. They work well but they are even heavier than normal vikans. But if you like vikans they are well recommended and do a great job on the sills with a quick scrub. Not a necessity but if you want to have good sills upstairs you do need one ( I just do best I can with a normal brush).

i changed over to sill brushes after 1 or 2 complaints about sills not being cleaned.
since the change over i've had no more complaints and i highly reccomend them.

For first floor windows I generally leave them, but will give a sill a 'wipe' with the brush if it's a 'fussy customer'.
Second floor windows I don't touch the sill at all.
I always do the ground floor sills though.
