From Peter Fogwill's site . . .

http://www.window-tools.com/moreinfo.htm

Pump Box

The white pump box on the left hand side of the trolley contains the pump for getting the water to the brush. It is 60 PSI the same power as large Van Mount systems. It also contains the remote control for switching the pump on and off at a distance, and even through buildings, so you don't have to have the trolley beside you all the time. It also means that you save water as the pump is not pumping water when going from window to window.

The pump box also has a manual switch fitted, and a valve for regulating water flow.
The valve is exclusive to my system and can be very hand when less water is required i.e inside shop doorways etc.

And if you enlarge the picture on Cleantech site . . .
http://cleantech.co.uk/catalogue/product_info.php?products_id=424&osCsid=a2620cbd41c4456cba9235d6bd33431c
that blue thing is a handle to regulate the flow.
