How can you control the quality of window cleaning when using that pole fed thingy if you are not close up to the window?
How can you possibly see close up that the window is 100% perfect?
Just a newbie here...

You cant.
You just stick to a method that will clean to a good standard and that is good enough.

Do you have to leap inside the building and check the quality?
Yikes! If I was at home, I'd be in and out and in and out and in and out, oh my I'm DIXXZZY!!!

I totally agree with Riz, if you are in this business and going around telling your customers that you get everything 100% perfect then you are either making no money as you are taking far too long on each clean or you are in experienced and have a bit to learn.
A great service and good quality clean is the best you can hope for not 100% perfect, there is a big difference, and that is the same which ever way you choose to clean windows or carry out any service for that matter.
